Fulfills my needs for a focus-enhancing energy drink Apr 12, 2012

I'm ashamed to admit that I rely on coffee to help me focus during long stints in the library; studying the hours away. I used to drink NOS during my undergraduate years, and since I'm getting tired of drinking 2-3 cups of coffee per day, I decided to give NOS a try again, since I figured I'd have to drink less to achieve a similar effect of a few cups of coffee.
This does the job well. I drink half a bottle in the morning, and chug through the morning-early afternoon hours. Then I finish off the bottle after my lunch, which gets me through the rest of the afternoon/evening. I'm able to focus on what I'm studying, if not for a few distractions here and there (cough, Amazon reviews, cough). The caffeine level is on the higher end of the spectrum, but I attribute that to the size of the drink: 22 FL OZ = 3004mg Taurine, 600mg Carnitine, 390mg Caffeine, 300mg Inositol, 148mg ginseng, 320calories. Overall, a pretty good/strong blend that is certainly not for the weak-hearted (seriously, if you have a health condition regarding your kidneys, heart, or central nervous system, be very careful with this product).
Plus, who doesn't love the nitrous oxide tank appearance of the bottle?
5 stars since I enjoy the taste (does NOT taste like cough syrup) and effectively keeps me focused.
Price could be better (not as expensive as my local gas station, not as cheap as other energy drink products), but prices can always be better... until they're free!

Amazing energy boost, my favorite energy drink Oct 21, 2009

NOS is my absolute favorite energy drink. It really packs a punch and keeps you going for at least 6 hours. The citrus flavor is amazing and I could drink it every day. My review is of the drink and not the seller or what they are charging on Amazon.
