This drink is delicious; it is essentially a sparkling lemonade drink. I love that it has zero calories, zero fat, zero carbs, etc. It also boasts high amounts of vitamins C, B6 and B12. Fair amounts of niacin and pantothenic acid are also present. So, with the great flavor and added nutrients, you may be questioning why I only gave this three stars. The answer is the amount of energy it provides, which isn't much.
